Art4Space CIC
Art4Space, a non-profit established in 1999, has been actively uniting communities for the past 25 years with the ultimate aim of helping sustainable change through the power of the arts. Operating from our community arts centre in Stockwell and engaging in outreach services, we proudly serve as the creative heart of Lambeth. Our belief in content that connects, moves, and engages drives us to deliver a diverse range of workshops, training, and projects suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities. We provide a unique blend of design thinking, green skills, and a holistic wellness model to empower and develop creative skills, problem-solving abilities, and resilience. As award winners for our cost-free community programs, specifically designed to support individuals facing mental health challenges and social isolation or exclusion, we are open to serving 600 individuals per week. While we embrace arts in its wider context, our specialisations lie in textiles, mosaics, and ceramics, including traditional craftsmanship for sustainable practice. These disciplines are taught by experienced artists and teachers in their respective fields. As we strive to become the leading arts centre in South London, we are dedicated to providing mental health support for learning and life, as we move forward together. Art belongs to us all.
